Carol Succarotte Daniels, CDPE, Assoc. Broker.

Carol has been in a full time professional realtor since 1992. Carol entered the business when interest rates were double digit and sellers were writing checks at the settlement table (similar to a seller’s experience today). Carol has the unique ability to anticipate, avoid and overcome challenges (if they arise). She is a skilled negotiator who has experience with every type of real estate transaction. Her clients have said she is tenacious and her enthusiasm is contagious. Carol is a graduate of Howard Brinton’s Star Power University for Listing Specialization and Team Training. Carol is team leader and rainmaker for The Daniels Team. She has also earned her ABR and SRES designations as well as being a broker, CDPE and a HUD Broker. 1st time home buyers/sellers and sellers who are in distress are niches that are Carol’s specialty. Also, because of the transition, Joe and Carol have experienced in moving to the beach, she has a lot to offer retirees and pre-retirees considering moving to Sussex County and the beach. A native Delawarean, Carol was born and raised in New Castle County. She has lived and worked in all 3 counties in Delaware and now calls Sussex County (Milton, DE) her home. Carol is married to her partner and best friend, Joe Daniels. They have 3 sons and 9 grandchildren. She loves fishing, traveling, cooking and her Shitz-a-Poo, LuLu.

Joe Daniels, ABR

Joe has been a full time professional realtor since 1998. He is retired military (Air National Guard) after proudly serving 33 years. Joe is a highly trained Buyer Specialist. He is a graduate of Howard Brinton’s Star Power Buyer University and Team Training and has earned his designation as ABR. Beyond being a skilled negotiator, Joe has a unique way of meeting a client, listening to their needs and providing exceptional service. Clients love the way they feel when working with Joe. They feel they are in good hands, that they have someone who truly listens to what they want and does not try to “sell them” anything. Joe is a native Delawarean, born and raised in New Castle, DE. Married to Carol Succarotte Daniels, they now call Sussex County (Milton, DE) home. Having lived and worked in all three counties in Delaware, Joe has a working knowledge of all areas in Delaware and ready to serve buyers and sellers. Joe enjoys fishing, gardening, traveling, and his family and dog LuLu. He has 3 sons and 9 grandchildren.
